Shipping Policy

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our Corner Brook locations at no charge. Orders are typically ready within 2–5 business days depending on the product and order complexity. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Canadian Shipping We ship across Canada via Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times after production are 3–7 business days for most destinations in Canada.

Production Time All orders are custom-made. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped or ready for pickup. During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays promptly.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
