By placing an order with Empire Custom Printing, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders & Artwork You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, or files you submit. By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it. Empire Custom Printing is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-supplied artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing offensive, illegal, or trademarked content we are not authorized to reproduce.

Order Approval For custom orders, a digital proof may be provided before production begins. It is your responsibility to review and approve the proof carefully. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present in the approved proof.

Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. For custom quote orders, production begins only after payment is received.

Turnaround & Delivery Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Empire Custom Printing is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
